Inclusive schools from the perspective of educational sociology provude equal oppoertunities in fulfilling the right to education, in the implementationof inclusive schools, six stages are prepared in the organization of education, namely: equal acces to education, social integration in he school environment, the role ofteacher as agents of social change, the responses and attitudes of the school community, school policies and social strutures, as wel as the mobility and future opportunities of incluaive student. Inclusive education in Jakarta only focuses on integrating children with disabilities into the geeral education system, with little attention given to student with special intelligence or talent. The inclusive education model used does not fully refer to the models commonly describes in the literature, but is rather treated as part of a strategy that teachers need to be aware of. It has been found that not all categories of children with special needs are accepted in this program due to limited Resources schools. The DKI Jakarta provincial government has shown commitment by providing training to teachers, funding assistance, infrastructure, and scholarships for schools offering inclusive education
