Authors retain the copyright and grant the journal first publication rights with the work simultaneously licensed under the Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-ShareAlike 4.0 International License (CC BY-NC-SA 4.0).
This license allows others to share (copy and redistribute) and adapt (remix, transform, and build upon) the material in any medium or format, provided the original work is properly cited, is not used for commercial purposes, and any derivative works are distributed under the same license.
By submitting a manuscript, authors confirm that the work is original and has not been published elsewhere, nor is it under consideration for publication elsewhere.
The journal is dedicated to promoting Open Access to scholarly work.
