PENGARUH KUALITAS PELAYANAN, KEMUDAHAN DAN HARGA TERHADAP MINAT MENGGUNAKAN OVO (Studi Kasus Mahasiswa Universitas Ibnu Chaldun)

OVO is an e-wallet or electronic wallet developed to make it easier for users to make payments for transactions without cash. E-wallet competition can be seen from variousaspects, including aspects of service quality, convenience and price. The advantages of ewallets can be demonstrated by providing good service quality, ease of accessing or using applications, and striving for affordable prices / tariffs among all users. This study aims to analyze the influence of service quality, convenience and price on the interest in using OVO among college students of the Ibnu Chaldun University, Jakarta. This study uses quantitative methods with multiple linear regression analysis and data collection using a questionnaire. Sampling in this study using nonprobability sampling technique. The results of the research on service quality partially affect the interest in using OVO, convenience does not partially affect the interest in using OVO and price partially affects the interest in using OVO. And the test results of the coefficient of determination of the variable service quality (X1), convenience (X2) and price (X3) simultaneously affect the interest in using OVO (Y) by 64.5%
