Authors retain the copyright to their work and grant the Mustika Justice Journal the right of first publication. This allows the journal to publish the work initially under the terms of the Creative Commons License specified below.

Specific Rights and Permissions
By submitting their manuscript to Mustika Justice, authors agree to the following terms:

Retention of Rights: Authors retain full copyright and publishing rights without restrictions.

Attribution (BY): Users are free to share (copy and redistribute the material in any medium or format) and adapt (remix, transform, and build upon the material) the article, provided appropriate credit is given to the original author(s) and the journal.

Non-Commercial (NC): Users may not use the material for commercial purposes.

ShareAlike (SA): If users remix, transform, or build upon the material, they must distribute their contributions under the same license as the original (CC BY-NC-SA 4.0).
Author’s Responsibilities
Authors are permitted to enter into separate, additional contractual arrangements for the non-exclusive distribution of the journal's published version of the work (e.g., post it to an institutional repository or publish it in a book), with an acknowledgment of its initial publication in Mustika Justice.
This licensing structure is designed to promote the widest possible dissemination and utilization of scholarly research while ensuring proper recognition of the authors and the journal, and restricting commercial exploitation.
