Abstract

Technical Competency Training and the Quality of human resources are the most important parts in a company for the smooth running of a job. This can increase productivity and influence the level of achievement of agencies or companies. Seeing this, a study was conducted with the aim of knowing the simultaneous, partial and dominant influence between the technical competency training variables and the quality of human resources on the productivity of the secondary packaging area employees at PT. Dankos Farma. This type of research is descriptive with a quantitative approach. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires using a 5-point Likert Scale. Population of 120 with this research sample of 92 people. Data analysis using multiple regression analysis techniques, t test, F test using the SPSS 26 program. The results of the study using the SPSS version 26 program, the tcount of variable X1 (18,841)> t table 1,986, and variable t count value of X2 (15,478) <ttabel 1,986. Then the hypothesis states that variable X1 partially influences Y is acceptable, so does the X2 variable partially influences Y is accepted. Fcount value 377,781> Ftable and Fcount significance> 0.05 so that the hypothesis states that X1 and X2 simultaneously affect Y can be accepted
