Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of leadership style and motivation on organizational commitment, either partially or simultaneously. This research method uses quantitative research methods, this research data is obtained from primary sources using a questionnaire distributed to 41 major managers of PMII for the 2017-2019 period. The data analysis text used multiple linear regression with SPSS software. The results of this study indicate that the leadership style partially has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment as evidenced by the t-value of 3.124 and the sig value of 0.003 <0.05, with a positive coefficient of 0.390. Motivation partially has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment as evidenced by the t-value of 3,940 and a sig value of 0.00 <0.05, with a positive value coefficient of 0.492. Leadership style and motivation silmutabally have a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment as evidenced by the f-count value of 31,848 with a significance value of 0.00 <0.05
