Abstract

This research has a purpose to analyze: the effect of Transformational Leadership Style on OrganizationalCommitment; the effect of Organizational Culture onOrganizational Commitment; effect of effect of Transformational Leadership Style on Employee Performance; effect the effect of Organizational Culture on Employee Performance; the effect of Organizational Commitment on Employee Performance at STIAMI Institute Jakarta. Data analysis method used is Structural Equation Model (SEM) by using software Amos. Respondents in this research were STIAMI Institute employees, amounting to 205 samples by using sampling probability sampling technique. The results of this study indicate that there is a positive and significant effect of the Transformational Leadership Style on organizational commitment variables; there is a positive andsignificant effect of organizational culture on organizational commitment of employees; there is a positive and significant effect of the Transformational Leadership Style on Employee Performance; there is a positive and significant Organizational Culture on employee performance; there is a positive and significant effect of organizational commitment on performance at the STIAMI Institute Jakarta.
