Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of compensation on employee turn over intention at PT Dwi Cermat Indonesia, the effect of job satisfaction on employee turn over intention at PT Dwi Cermat Indonesia, the effect of compensation and job satisfaction on employee turn over intention at PT Dwi Cermat Indonesia with a survey method. and the sample used was 136 respondents consisting of employees of PT Dwi Cermat Indonesia. The sampling technique used is random sampling technique and the results of this study indicate that compensation has a significant effect on employee turn over intention, job satisfaction has a significant effect on employee turn over intention, compensation and job satisfaction have a significant effect on employee turn over intention
