ANALISIS EFEKTIFITAS INJEKSI INTRAVITREAL AFLIBERCEPT PADA PASIEN AGE RELATED MACULAR DEGENERARTION (ARDM) DI RUMAH SAKIT JAKARTA EYE CENTER

Abstrak

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menganalisa efektivitas injeksi intravitreal aflibercept pada pasienAge Related Macular Degeneration (ARMD) di Rumah Sakit Jakarta Eye Center. Desain penelitian dilakukan dengan penelitian observasional analitik. Pengambilan data dilakukan secara retrospektif dari rekam medis pasien ARMD yang menggunakan injeksi Aflibrecept. Variabel yang akan diamati meliputinilai Central Subfield Thickness (CST) dan Best Spectacle Corrected Visual Acuity (BSCVA) pada pasien ARMD yang mengunakan injeksi Aflibercept.Tercatat 40 pasien ARMD yang memenuhi kriteria inklusi dan eksklusi. Nilai terendah dan tertinggi nilai CST sebelum perlakuan berturut-turut yaitu 210μm dan 370μm dengan nilai mean 266,675(41,27)μm. Sedangkan nilai terendah dan tertinggi nilai CST sesudah perlakuan berturut-turut yaitu 214μm dan 362μm dengan nilai mean 258,875(40,032)μm. Rata-rata perbedaan nilai CST sebelum dan sesudah injeksi intravitreal afliberceft yaitu 7,8. Terdapat perubahan yang berarti antara nilai CST sebelum dan sesudah pemberian injeksi intravitreal aflibercept dimana niilai p-value yaitu 0,002 atau p-value < 0,05.Sedangkan untuk nilai BSCVA nilai terendah dan tertinggi nilai BSCVA sebelum perlakuan berturut-turut yaitu 0,3 dan 0,9 dengan nilai mean 0,467(0,020). Sedangkan nilai terendah dan tertinggi nilai BSCVA sesudah perlakuan berturut-turut yaitu 0,2 dan 0,9 dengan nilai mean 0,51(0,021). Rata-rata perbedaan nilai BSCVA sebelum dan sesudah injeksi intravitreal afliberceft yaitu 0,0425. Terdapat perubahan yang berarti antara nilai BSCVA sebelum dan sesudah pemberian injeksi intravitreal aflibercept dimana Nilai p-value yaitu 0,00 atau p value< 0,05. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa pemberian 2 mg injeksi intravitreal aflibercept mempengaruhi nilai CST dan BSCVA

This study was conducted to analyze the effectiveness of aflibercept intravitreal injection in Age Related Macular Degeneration (ARMD) patients at the Jakarta Eye Center Hospital. The research design was carried out by analytical observational research. Data were collected retrospectively from the medical records of ARMD patients using Aflibrecept injection. Variables to be observed include Central Subfield Thickness (CST) and Best Spectacle Corrected Visual Acuity (BSCVA) values in ARMD patients using Aflibercept injection. There were 40 ARMD patients who met the inclusion and exclusion criteria. The lowest and highest values of CST before treatment were 210μm and 370μm, respectively, with a mean value of 266.675(41.27)μm. While the lowest and highest values of CST after treatment were 214μm and 362μm with a mean value of 258.875(40.032)μm. The average difference in CST values before and after intravitreal injection of afliberceft was 7.8. There was a significant change between the CST values before and after the intravitreal injection of aflibercept where the p-value was 0.002 or p-value < 0.05. Meanwhile, the lowest and highest BSCVA values before treatment were 0.3 and 0.9, respectively, with a mean value of 0.467 (0.020). While the lowest and highest values of BSCVA after treatment were 0.2 and 0.9, respectively, with a mean value of 0.51 (0.021). The average difference in BSCVA values before and after intravitreal injection of afliberceft was 0.0425. There was a significant change between the BSCVA value before and after the administration of intravitreal aflibercept injection where the p-value was 0.00 or p value< 0.05. This study concluded that the administration of 2 mg intravitreal injection of aflibercept affected the CST and BSCVA values
